November UpdateSunday, October 23Have you started your holiday shopping yet? We have a great way to help you get a jump on the crowds by purchasing a Simon Evening of Giving card for $10.00. This card will allow you exclusive access to Towne East Square Sunday, November 20, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The stores will be offering special discounts and bargains that only cardholders will be able to take advantage of. The Homeless Ministry will receive $7.00 from each card sold. Simon Malls will then divide the profits from the night's sales among all of the non-profit groups who participated. This is an easy way to donate to our ministry while enjoying an evening of food, music and great bargains on things you need anyway. Contact Deborah for tickets or more information. We are finalizing plans for our annual Christmas dinner. This year we will be holding it on Christmas Eve from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are in need of cooked turkeys and hams, pies and cakes.
